What they do: Executive Search Size of the business: Mid-Sized The Role: Job Title: ResearcherPermanent Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + 20% bonus!Location: London – Hybrid working (4 days in office) We are currently partnering with a leading executive search firm who are seeking for a high-calibre Researcher to join their growing team. This role is central to supporting Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors across retained mandates, talent mapping, sourcing, and delivery. If you are anayltical, curious, and ambitious, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in executive search. The Opportunity: As a Researcher, you will contribute to the full search lifecycle, including:

• Supporting retained pitches with market intelligence and talent mapping.
• Conducting in-depth research into markets, organisations, and candidate pools.
• Managing sourcing activity across LinkedIn Projects and other platforms.
• Screening candidates using assessment tools.
• Preparing high-quality briefing materials and candidate reports.
• Representing the firm professionally in client-facing situations.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and development from day one. Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who are credible, articulate, and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.

• Degree-educated, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong research capabiloty
• Ambition to progress within executive search
• Highly desierable - additional language
