You will design and oversee robust research programmes, applying appropriate qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches. With strong technical expertise, you will make informed decisions on methodologies, ensure the integrity and quality of outputs, and provide guidance to stakeholders on research design and delivery. Alongside this, you will manage projects end-to-end, balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk, to ensure successful outcomes aligned to the wider research agenda.
A core part of the role is translating complex research findings into clear, actionable insights. You will act as a trusted advisor, embedding research into decision-making through compelling narratives, presentations, and insight frameworks such as customer journey mapping and segmentation. Building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, you will promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure research outputs inform strategic priorities. You will uphold the highest standards of research quality, ethics, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the measurement of research impact across the organisation.
You:
You bring strong expertise in research design, confidently applying qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods to deliver robust, meaningful insights.
You think strategically but enjoy being hands-on, managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, rigour and attention to detail.
You are naturally analytical and curious, able to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions.
You are a confident communicator who can translate insight into compelling narratives and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
You build effective relationships across teams and partners, influencing others and ensuring research is embedded into wider organisational thinking.
You are driven by high standards, with a strong focus on integrity, continuous improvement and delivering impactful, insight-led outcomes.
