Title: Project & Research Manager
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Project & Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Main duties will include: * Leading research projects from initial planning through to completion * Designing and developing surveys and questionnaires * Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data sets * Conducting interviews and facilitating focus groups * Producing reports, presentations, and briefing materials * Translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations * Working closely with clients, funders, and key stakeholders * Supporting the development of new initiatives and funding applications * Ensuring all research is conducted ethically and complies with data protection standards The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience delivering research or evaluation projects * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities * Experience using both quantitative and/or qualitative research methods * The ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organisational and project management abilities * Experience using research tools such as SPSS, R, Stata, or similar If this opportunity sounds like the right next step for you, please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for further details.
