Project & Research Manager Hybrid – Cambridge | Full-Time, Permanent | £32,000–£40,000 DOE We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Project & Research Manager on a full-time, hybrid basis. Main duties will include: * Manage research projects from start to finish * Design surveys and questionnaires * Collect and analyse data * Carry out interviews and focus groups * Create reports, presentations and briefings * Turn complex information into clear recommendations * Work closely with clients, funders and stakeholders * Support the development of new projects and funding proposals * Ensure research is carried out ethically and in line with data protection requirements The successful candidate will have: * Experience delivering research or evaluation projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods * The ability to work with data and identify key trends * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good project management and organisational skills * Experience using research software such as SPSS, R, Stata or similar tools If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Emma at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
