The Role:
You’ll take ownership of delivering quantitative research projects end-to-end. This role is highly client-facing and will see you managing relationships, scoping and designing research, delivering insights, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You’ll be central to ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, while also helping to develop junior team members and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company’s research offer.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of quantitative research projects across multiple sectors and audiences, from scoping to insight presentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing relationships and identifying opportunities for further work.
- Design and script surveys, oversee fieldwork, and create high-quality outputs such as data tables and reports.
- Partner with consulting and analytics teams on larger-scale projects.
- Mentor and coach junior researchers to strengthen team capability.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards across all stages of the research process.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantitative market research, ideally spanning multiple sectors.
- Strong understanding of the research lifecycle, from survey design to insight delivery.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality research such as brand tracking, ad testing, and segmentation.
- Ability to work directly with clients, scope complex projects, and provide commercially sound recommendations.
- Experience mentoring junior researchers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
