Role Summary and Impact
Support Advanced Campaign Effectiveness Research
- Collaborate with the Research Director and internal teams to design and execute bespoke research projects.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and OMS (proprietary WPP AI suite of tools) platform features to automate data collection, questionnaire development, and visualisation.
- Join stakeholder meetings to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Innovate with Modern Research Methodologies
- Combine traditional research approaches (online interviews, desk research) with innovative techniques such as eye-tracking, synthetic respondents, and advanced AI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI-powered research tools to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Lead and Evolve ‘Alfresco Life’ Consumer Research
- Identify emerging topics and trends for reporting, using AI to prioritise areas of interest.
- Draft and script questionnaires, analyse data, and write up key findings with a focus on predictive analytics and future-facing insights.
- Drive awareness and usage of ‘Alfresco Life’ and other research outputs by sharing interactive, AI-enhanced reports across the business and with clients.
Champion Insight Tools & AI Adoption
- Build expertise in OMS’s suite of insight and analytics products, ensuring the wider business maximises value from these tools.
- Partner with tool providers and the Research team to train colleagues on best practices for AI-powered research and data analysis.
Enable Stakeholder Growth Through Data-Driven Insights
- Work with the Research Director to support internal stakeholders, helping them grow client business by applying advanced research methodologies and insights.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning across the organization.
