The RoleAs a Graduate Researcher, you will support the delivery of senior-level appointments for a wide range of organisations. This is a core role within the business, offering early responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and excellent development.
You will begin as a generalist, working across different sectors and projects, giving you a broad understanding of how organisations operate and how senior leaders are appointed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching organisations and markets to identify potential candidates for leadership roles
- Mapping senior-level talent and producing candidate longlists
- Speaking with and interviewing senior professionals to assess suitability and motivation
- Supporting Consultants and senior colleagues throughout live projects
- Gaining insight into leadership trends, governance and organisational challenges
- Managing multiple projects at once and adapting quickly to new subject areas
Full training is provided — no prior experience in executive search is required.

This role would suit a graduate who is curious, motivated and interested in people, leadership and research.
You’ll ideally have:
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent (all disciplines considered)
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- An interest in current affairs, organisations and leadership
- The ability to work well within a team
- Evidence of initiative through part-time work, societies, volunteering or similar
