Verian is New Zealand’s leading public sector research and advisory firm and we’re looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join our Wellington team. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys interpreting data and turning it into insights that inform decision-making.

About the Role
 

As a Quantitative Researcher, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, analysing, interpreting, and reporting research that helps government agencies make good decisions.

You’ll:

Support the design and execution of quantitative research projects (as well as some qualitative projects)
Develop survey instruments and sampling frameworks that produce robust, defensible data
Analyse and interpret datasets using tools such as R, SPSS, or Q
Turn complex results into clear, meaningful insights that influence public policy
Contribute to client reports, presentations, and data visualisations
Help ensure research is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
 
About You
